August ’23 Highlights: Express Entry Draws

  • All-program draw: 2,000 invites, CRS 517.
  • French proficiency draw: 800 invites, CRS 435.
  • Trades draw: 1,500 invites, CRS 388.
  • All-program draw: 4,300 invites, CRS 496.

Ontario Immigration: Aug 12-18

  • 5,450 invites across 4 streams, including International Student, Foreign Worker, In Demand Skills, and Human Capital Priorities.
  • Aug 17: 2,835 invites in the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream for tech and health-related professions, CRS 473+.

Saskatchewan’s Invitation: Aug 16

  • 227 ITAs extended to Indian applicants, with a minimum score of 60 points.

PEI PNP Highlights

  • Aug 3rd draw: Invites issued for various sectors, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and more.
  • Aug 17th draw: Invitations to Apply under the Critical Worker Stream, with a minimum EOI score of 50.

Canada Study without a Permit: A New Opportunity

As of August 15, 2023, a temporary public policy allows certain foreign nationals authorized to work in Canada to study without a study permit. This policy will remain in effect until June 27, 2026.
