Ethical Immigration Practices

My client forwarded this to me and her sister-in-law has invested $40,000 CAD over a three year period in a Dubai based consultancy for a Canada PR process. I don’t understand this logic at all. How can this be? And why?

I’m so upset, not because I’m reading this news for the first time, but because the family is devastated, and they’re so disappointed right now. As much as I empathise with them, I don’t understand.

The problem is that people don’t listen to us when we try to be 100% transparent and honest about the process. I don’t know why people keep investing with the wrong resources, even though they know how immigration works! We’re all experienced professionals, and it’s not hard to tell the difference between honesty and lies. Be careful about whom you choose!

When I shout out loud, ‘Hey, listen to me, this is how it works, there are no guarantees in immigration!’ No, they want to invest in fraudulent resources, lose money, and then come back and say: ‘Once bitten, twice shy.’ What can I do now??

I’m really not interested in mentioning the names; so I blacked out the details, and yes, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝟏,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝟕𝟕 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. that’s funny, isn’t it?

Yes, to all those people out there: come on, it’s us who don’t really appreciate honesty, and it’s us who have contributed to the fraud. Who is responsible for this now?

It’s all in the news, and I get frustrated when I read these reports because I truly care about my clients and am committed to seeing them through to the end of their immigration journey, and yes, I get even more frustrated at news like this. What can I say now?
